Bulldogs Raise Money and Awareness for Breast Cancer Research with the "Power Play for Prevention" Program

In the past 5 years the Bulldog Hockey Program has raised over $30,000

This year, Seniors Dean Wisinski, Ty Sheehan, Gino Damasceno and Justin DeCoursey are leading the program now in its 6th season. These young men are securing corporate sponsors and individual donors for this very worthwhile cause. They have set a goal to surpass the amounts raised in the previous years and reach a record breaking total of $7,000 for the season.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Each time the Meadville Bulldog Hockey team scores a "power play" goal, a sponsor contributes to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

You can help too, by adding your support to the cause. Make a pledge to contribute $1, $2, $3, $4, $5,$10 or any amount you wish for each Power Play goal the team scores this season. You can even specify a maximum amount if desired or a ifxed pledge in support of the program.

You will receive an invoice for the total pledge at the end of the season and again, you also have the option of establishing a maximum donation on your pledge card.

100% off the "POWER PLAY PLEDGES" will be presented for the 6th year in a row tot he SUSAN G. KOMEN BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION REPRESENTATIVE, Debbie Lanzarotta at the annual Meadville Bulldog Hockey Banquet.

All proceeds go directly to the Foundation so your contribution is also tax deductible.

Pledge cards are available at all Bulldog Home games.

You may also send in your donation by mail, Payable to: the Susan G. Komen Foundation, care of Gino Damasceno, 10430 Nancy Drive, Meadville, PA 16335.

It’s fast, easy and rewarding. Please join the Bulldog Hockey Family in helping to make a difference in someone’s battle against cancer.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
Dean Wisinski, Ty Sheehan, Gino Damasceno and Justin DeCoursey
